In October 2022, our Chief customer officer Michelle Reynolds revealed our new accessibility tool, Recite Me.
This tool allows customers to change the way they see and navigate our website to suit their accessibility needs.
About the Recite Me accessibility tool
The Recite Me toolbar can be launched by clicking the ‘My Accessibility’ button in the top right-hand of the page.
Once you’ve launched the tool bar, you’ll be able to use or disable any of the tools as you need them. You’ll find a screen reader, a language translator and tools to change the colours and fonts on the page. You can also turn the toolbar on and off, as you need it.
