If you do not have access to the internet and for all emergencies, please call us on 0300 500 8000 to report repairs.

Yes, please as soon as you notice a problem. The sooner we know about a repair the sooner we can fix it and prevent it becoming worse. We do not want customers to hold repairs back till the new service starts. Please report a repair as soon as you can.

Clarion Response will carry out your repairs. Operatives will be in Clarion Response uniform and ID badge that allows you to identify them. They will also be driving a Clarion Response vehicle.

Where we have to use a specialist contractor, we will let you know. When they attend, they will not be in a Clarion Response uniform or vehicle, but you should still ask to see their ID before letting them into your home.

If your repair appointment is scheduled from the 1st August onwards, Clarion Response will complete this repair and there is nothing more you need to do.

If your repair appointment was before 1st August and it has not been completed, please report this on our website as soon as you can or call us if you do not have access to the internet.

If we are responsible for repairing your heating and hot water system and it is powered by gas, please contact your local gas contractor. You can find their contact details at myclarionhousing.com/heating-repairs or call us if you do not have access to the internet.

Responsibility for repairs

We will try to complete your repair during the first visit however, we may need to come out first to see what needs doing and then book a return visit, especially if a repair is more complex or needs a new specialist part. We will always try to complete your repair as soon as possible and to a high standard.

Clarion Response will complete all standard communal building repairs such as faulty lights or a broken window as soon as possible.

For specialist repairs like door entry or TV aerials, these will still be carried out by a specialist contractor.

Please contact us on 0300 500 8000 and we will work with the Managing Agent to ensure that all required repairs are completed.

Not all repairs can be reported and managed through this system. In some cases, we’ll have to manage your repair offline. We will advise you if this is the case via your online account. You may also be directed to our Live Chat service to get updates or make changes to these types of repairs.
