High rise buildings
Safety information for anyone who lives in a Clarion building that is 7-storeys or higher.
We have allocated a Building Safety Manager to all our buildings that are 7-storeys or higher.
What does a Building Safety Manager do?
The Building Safety Manager's main focus is to keep you, your family, and neighbours safe and informed about the building you live in. They will visit your block regularly to check for and manage any building safety issues. This includes:
- reviewing fire doors
- ensuring communal areas are kept clear
- monitoring the general safety of your building.

Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy
Our Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy has been created for all residents and homeowners living in high-risk buildings. The strategy sets out the measures we've put in place to identify and manage safety risks. It also explains our commitments to you, including:
- how we will inform and involve you in matters related to the management of your building
- how we will encourage you to get involved in decisions about the safety of your building
- how we will make sure your voice is included in the building safety decisions that we make.
Please click on the link below to read the strategy in more detail.
