Here at Clarion, residents are at the heart of everything we do. We introduced our Clarion Commitments to make you aware of the services we offer and the standard you can expect.

Each month, we publish our results to demonstrate our commitment to being open and transparent in our service delivery.

As we publish our latest Resident' Annual Report, we spotlight Commitment no.2, which focuses on resident engagement and how working together makes a difference.

The Residents' Annual Report highlights our performance over the year 2023 - 2024. It includes improvements we have made to provide you with the best services possible, how we are investing in homes to make them comfortable, safe, and fit for the future, and how we are championing you and your community to make a positive difference.

Key stats from the past 12 months include:

  • Over 83% customer satisfaction
  • 60,863 times residents helped shape our services
  • £418 million spent on maintaining and improving your homes
  • 1,724 people helped into work
  • Our Clarion Response teams complete more than 1,200 jobs a day
