If you’re a Clarion Housing resident, we want to hear from you!
Applications are now open for a new member to join our existing six members to become part of our established Customer Committee.
We will pay you £2,500 over the course of a year for your time and commitment to helping us make a positive difference at Clarion.
As a member, you will represent communities, voice opinions and feedback on the services we run.
No previous experience or professional skill set is necessary, so everyone is encouraged to apply. All we ask for is a positive attitude to work alongside other Customer Committee members.
As a member, you’ll be expected to take part in six bi-monthly and in-person meetings a year.
The meetings will begin in January 2025 and start at 9:30am, lasting for approximately 2.5 hours.
We will provide you with the necessary technology to effectively participate in meetings and review reports.
We will also cover your costs when you have to travel for an in-person meeting, in line with Clarion’s Expenses Policy.
The role and its benefits
Our Customer Committee represents the communities we serve, and our members come from a range of diverse backgrounds.
You will be supported along the way by an experienced resident board member Chair, to ensure you succeed in the role.
