Me in Mind: mental health and wellbeing help
Me in Mind is our wellbeing programme offering help, guidance, and free access to Togetherall.
Togetherall is an online community where you can get support with common wellbeing difficulties, like low mood and stress. It's completely anonymous and available 24 hours a day.
On Togetherall you’ll find:
- online courses and articles to help with difficulties like confidence, sleep, and low mood
- a moderated forum where you can connect with people experiencing similar challenges
- tools for self-assessment, journaling, and mood-tracking.
The Togetherall website is monitored by trained staff who provide support and ensure the safety of the online community.
