The Sutton Estate in Chelsea, West London, is being transformed by a £37m refurbishment.
We’re improving the entire Sutton Estate from block A to D. These currently empty blocks will be completely refurbished, bringing 80 homes back to life for social housing tenants. In the process, we’ll be making the homes larger and better designed for families to enjoy.
