We've launched ‘The Generation Futures Project’ as part of the #iwill social action programme, dedicated to supporting young people with employment decisions.
The programme's goal is to provide valuable information, advice, and support to young individuals, aged 11-25 years of age, who are navigating the world of employment, with opportunities to engage in youth social action.
If you're aged 16-25 and could benefit from personalised 1:1 support, take the first step by signing up for a meeting with our Transitions Officer.
Our support offerings range from interactive face-to-face workshops to individualised assistance and referrals to our Jobs and Training team.
During our business start-up event, one lucky individual will receive a start-up grant to test out their business idea, along with tailored support.
Employment Workshops
Throughout the project we will bring together various employers, guest speakers and young people to talk through the issues affecting youth employability.
Young people, who have successfully managed to navigate into employment, will also talk through their journey.
The young people will be invited to take part in a yearly business start-up event, which will include a series of tasks, followed by the pitching of a business idea to a panel of Clarion staff.
One lucky young person will receive a start-up grant to test out their idea, as well as tailored business support.
We can offer direct support to young people who are going through some important transitions in their life.
By keeping them involved with social action, I believe they will gain crucial experience, skills and knowledge to put them in good stead for when they are looking for employment further down the line.Sign up nowAaron Lee
