Wellbeing Spaces
Stay connected and comfortable at our free Wellbeing Spaces.
A Wellbeing Space for every season
Your local Wellbeing Space is somewhere to connect, unwind, and feel at home, no matter the season. Whether you're relaxing with a comforting drink, meeting new people, or participating in activities to keep you healthy and engaged, you'll find a welcoming environment all year round.
Social connection – essential for wellbeing
Here, you’ll find a friendly setting to chat with neighbours, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. If you ever feel isolated, a supportive community awaits for you to connect with.
Our Wellbeing Spaces offer various activities supporting both physical and mental health – from gentle movement sessions and creative workshops, to simply taking a break from everyday stress. There’s something for everyone to stay active, connected and supported.
Rothesay Foundation Partnership
Funded by Clarion Futures through an expanded partnership with the Rothesay Foundation, this initiative builds upon our Warm Spaces programme, which supported people through the cost-of-living crisis over the last two winters.
We expect to open up to 60 Wellbeing Spaces in community centres and neighbourhood hubs across the country. These spaces are for people of all ages, completely free and with no booking needed. Just drop in and enjoy the space!
Find your local Wellbeing Space
New Wellbeing Spaces open throughout the year, so check back regularly to find the nearest one to you as we’ll be adding more locations as they become available. Take a look at the current list below to see the spaces already open near you.
Take care of your mental wellbeing
As a Clarion resident, we also offer two wellbeing services that are free to access and available whenever you need them:
Me in Mind: a 24/7 online service that can help with common wellbeing difficulties, like stress and low mood. It offers anonymous access to a supportive community alongside practical wellbeing tools and resources.
Lend an Ear: is our telephone befriending service that helps reduce feelings of loneliness and social isolation by harnessing the power of conversation. It is available for any resident who would like a regular, friendly chat on the phone or through a video call.
