You have a general permission to install an antennas up to a specific size on property without the need for planning permission. This general permission depends on your house type and area. Your local planning authority can give you more advice.

Important information

Any alterations to the structure of the building will require sketches/photos and plans with dimensions to be included with the application. These can be sent to customerservices@clarionhg.com or Clarion Housing Group, Reed House, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0WF.

** If you live in a flat or maisonette, or in certain areas of the borough, planning permission may also be required. Please contact the planning department for your Local Authority to confirm.

*** Please note that permission for a driveway will not be given unless the relevant permission from the Local Authority has already been sought and documentation has been provided.

**** You must provide Clarion with a copy of any requested certificates or documents that prove completion of work by a suitably qualified tradesperson. This includes safety certificates as well as insurance policy cover.
