Our Live Chat service puts you in touch with one of our trained contact centre advisors during our opening hours. You can talk to the advisor about everything you could over the phone, in real-time.

How to use the online chat panel

During opening hours, click the button in the bottom right of the screen that says ‘Let’s chat! We’re online'.

The chat panel will expand, and will ask you for:

• your name
• your email address
• your chat topic 

Once you’ve entered this information, you’ll be connected to the next available Live Chat agent. They’ll introduce themselves and ask you more about your query.

You can download a copy of your Live Chat by clicking the blue arrow in the bottom left of the chat panel.

To close the chat, simply click the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the chat panel.
